**Broome County Issues Pumpkin Spice Watch and Warning**

Broome County Emergency Services has issued two alerts regarding the seasonal favorite pumpkin spice. A "Pumpkin Spice Watch" indicates that the right ingredients to make pumpkin spice are available, but it has not fully formed yet. In contrast, a "Pumpkin Spice Warning" confirms that pumpkin spice has fully formed and has been spotted in the area.

As the fall season begins, Broome County officials are reminding residents to understand the difference between the watch and the warning. The Pumpkin Spice Latte has been used as a relatable reference for these alerts.
