At Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, President and CEO of Chegg Dan Rosensweig ’83 spoke during a session titled "Leadership and Learning in Entrepreneurial Ventures." During his talk, Rosensweig said that a liberal arts education gives entrepreneurs an advantage by sharpening their judgment and guiding them in situations where there is no established playbook.

Throughout the semester, Rosensweig has invited guest lecturers from companies such as ESPN, Nike, Meta, Rent the Runway, Cisco, and Adobe to share career insights and leadership experiences. In addition, he has brought WNBA players, entrepreneurs, and artists from Adam Met to Jewel to further the discussion on leadership.

The program is part of MGMT 305, which is co-taught by Rosensweig and Professor Tom Drennen. Additional details about the course can be found on the Hobart and William Smith Colleges website.
