The Broome County Public Library in Binghamton, NY, is hosting a Library Card Sign Up promotion from September 3rd to September 30th. Participants can enter one of three raffles by signing up for a new library card or renewing an existing one.

The raffle prizes are as follows:

- For kids aged 12 and under: a Razor A Kick Scooter.

- For teens aged 13 to 17: a Kodak Digital Instant Camera.

- For adults aged 18 and older: an Amazon Kindle eReader.

The promotion features Baby Gerald, who encourages participation in the raffle. Moreover, Baby Gerald's favorite library card design is inspired by Baby Yoda.
