Ithaca City Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

The City of Ithaca has announced that all city offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, 2024, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Several departments, including the Youth Bureau, GIAC, and Planning & Building, will close early at noon on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Residents are encouraged to call ahead to confirm availability of staff and services.

Additionally, trash collection that is normally scheduled for Thursday will take place on Friday instead.

The city wishes everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
