The Broome County Public Library in Binghamton, NY is offering two yoga classes every Wednesday. The Gentle Yoga class runs from 4:15 to 5:00 p.m. and is designed for beginners or those with impairments. It features chair-based exercises intended to improve flexibility, balance, and strength.

The Advanced Beginner Yoga class, held from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., is suitable for individuals who are fit and pain-free and have some previous yoga experience. This class focuses on enhancing flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength.

Classes are led by Rick Gridley and are funded by the Friends of Broome County Public Library. A waiver is required for participation, and there are 25 spots available. No registration is needed to attend the classes.
