Earlier this week, Mayor Jared Kraham and Chief Joseph Zikuski welcomed 18 new members to the Binghamton Police Department. Sixteen of the new members will begin recruit training at the department before continuing their training at the Broome County Law Enforcement Academy. The remaining two new members joined as lateral transfers from other New York State agencies.
